How to return your item

To initiate a return please email us at care@anthemwares.com. Please include your order number (available in the confirmation email you received from Anthem Wares when you made a purchase) and the reason for your return (we appreciate your feedback). We will email you a return-shipping label. Simply print your label and affix it to the package you’re returning. Then seal the package and drop it off at an authorized location for the shipping company (typically, FedEx). If you encounter any issues, please contact care@anthemwares.com.

All domestic returns are FREE as long as you use the label we provide. If you do not use this label, you can use any other trackable method, at your expense. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in transit. Anthem Wares does not pay for return shipping for items shipped outside of the U.S.; you will need to pay the return shipping if you would like to return an item. Anthem Wares will provide to you a commercial invoice for customs, which you will need to include with your international return.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items marked as returnable for store credit cannot be returned for a refund, but may be returned for store credit. Except for items indicated as final sale, we accept returns of items that are in new condition, undamaged, unworn, unlaundered, and unaltered. Items must be returned with all tags attached, including any designer packaging such as authenticity cards and dust bags. If your return is denied, we will let you know the reason why; these items will be shipped back to you at your own cost.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2 business days. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Card refunds may take several days for your bank to complete, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Anthem Wares.

The quality of our products and your satisfaction are our highest priority. If you find that the item you ordered is damaged, contact us immediately at care@anthemwares.com so we can quickly address the issue and find the best solution.

No refund of shipping fees

We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. We do not refund shipping fees, such as fees for express shipping, international orders, Hawaii/Alaska orders, or return shipping for items outside of our return policy.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it for store credit and purchase the new item separately. Please note that exchanges made from destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore additional import duties and tax charges may apply.
